This service was designed to eliminate the high cost of making international phone calls from a mobile telephone. The idea is, rather than making the call from a mobile phone which is expensive, we will receive the call.

Tectonics Call Back is a high-end system that is capable of handling prepaid and post paid Call Back services. It is used by phone companies that wish to integrate Call Back Solutions with their Class 4 and 5 switches. This Simplifies and significantly reduces the cost of making a call when roaming, extending the roaming subscriber base and generating revenues for the home network. By simply sending details of the party to be called the roamers sets up the call, and is then connected by the Call Back Server.

Customers can trigger call back calls via any of the methods :

1. DID based (Customer calls, hears a ring, and hangs up)
2. Web based (Customer logs in to your website, clicks a button, and logs out)
3. SMS based (Customer sends an SMS to your system)
4. Email based (Customer sends an email to your system)
5. IVR based (Customer calls a local number in market country, enters his
    account, and hangs up)
6. USSD based (Customer Uses USSD application from his handset and sets up
    the call)

Caller will request the service provider for call back by any method i.e. SMS/IVR/USSD/DID which will intern forward the request to the billing system to authenticate the account of the mobile phone that sent the request, if sufficient credit to make the call the system will send a request to the call server which will call the mobile number first and when answered will connect the caller to the desired number. If authentication failed then the mobile can be sent an SMS explaining the reason.

SYSTEM USAGE

To be able to use the system Check the option available with your service provider buy the sufficient balance or subscribe the service which will allocate the appropriate balance or in post paid it will activate the service to your mobile number, you will receive an SMS telling you the balance in either money or time depending on how it is marketed.

When you wish to make a call, just send the number to call to the Gateway and system will authenticate your SIM number with the billing system and will call you back and connect you to your requested number. The call is then charged as per the assigned cost and at the billing cycle predetermined by service provider.
